How to View and Filter WhatsApp Subscribers in Acele
Acele’s Subscriber Manager for WhatsApp gives you powerful tools to view, search, and segment your chatbot users. As your subscriber base grows, filtering and managing the right contacts becomes essential for marketing, automation, and customer support.
This guide explains how to view your WhatsApp subscriber list and apply filters to quickly take targeted actions.
🔍 Why Filtering WhatsApp Subscribers Is Important
As your bot gathers more users, you may need to:
- Target users who opted in recently
- Filter users with a specific label (e.g., “Lead”, “VIP”)
- View who is currently in an automation sequence
- Identify unsubscribed or inactive users
Acele makes it easy to handle all this with built-in filters in the WhatsApp Subscriber Manager.
📍 Where to View WhatsApp Subscribers
- Log in to your Acele dashboard
- From the left-hand menu, go to:
Subscriber Manager → WhatsApp Subscribers
You’ll see a table with all users who’ve interacted with your WhatsApp bot.
🧰 How to Use Filters in WhatsApp Subscriber Manager
1. Bot Selection Dropdown
If you have more than one WhatsApp bot (e.g., for different businesses), this lets you switch between them.
Only subscribers of the selected bot will be shown.
2. Select Labels
Filter by assigned labels like:
- “Webinar Registered”
- “High Intent”
- “Abandoned Cart”
You can select multiple labels to combine audiences.
✅ Example: Show only users labeled “Lead” to send follow-up messages.
3. Select Status
Choose between:
- Subscribed: Active WhatsApp users who can receive messages.
- Unsubscribed: Users who opted out or were removed.
✅ Example: Filter only Subscribed users before sending a campaign.
4. Select Sequence
Filter users by the sequence (automation flow) they are currently in.
✅ Example: View all users in the “Onboarding Sequence” to monitor progress.
5. Search Box
Search by:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Custom Field (e.g., Email, City)
✅ Example: Type +91
to view users from India.
🔗 Combine Filters for Precision Targeting
You can mix and match filters:
Bot: “Main WhatsApp Bot”
Label: “Webinar Registrant”
Status: “Subscribed”
➡️ Result: A list of active webinar users—perfect for reminders or offers.
